Marine Terminal Lofts is a dog-friendly, inclusive, and courteous community. We position ourselves as one of the best buildings in the Third Ward.

Our owners and residents tend to be very informed and active in the surrounding community, and by extension, how we live within it. 

Some tips to get started and control what personal information you share with your neighbors:

How you show up in the directory:

You can choose what information you want to share in the directory. You can change these settings by clicking on your profile in the upper right corner, selecting member settings, then Privacy, and make your choices, you should also review account settings, Privacy, etc..

Add members of your household:

You can add your kids, pets ... really anything ... as a member of your household. Just go to your profile/account settings/members and add them. Photos are nice too, and are a great way for your neighbors to get to know you and your family. Members of your household designated as ‘pets’ will show up in the Pet Directory.

Would you like to participate?

Maybe you want to be in charge of MTL's social calendar? Manage mentions of MTL and The Third Ward in the "In the News" section. Or, manage any other area of the site. We can get you set up as an admin to that area. Please let a member of the Board know you are interested.
